Description

The group of Requesters allege that they suffered discrimination in the work environment for reasons of gender of a person of the group within the framework of the Project. Specifically, in their claim, they narrate a series of alleged actions and situations that the Executing Agency, with full knowledge of IDB Lab, considered to be discriminatory acts, which would represent a direct breach of the Operational Policy on Gender Equality in Development (OP-765). As a result of the foregoing, the Requesters group alleges harm to their physical and mental health, good name, assets, and livelihood (economy). In addition, the group claims to be suffering, even today, reprisals for denouncing the situation.
