The Request, Mr. Saad, an employee of the Alexandria Portland Cement Company, a subsididary of the Titan Cement Group, from 1995 to 2018 , alleges that a chronic health condition was caused by his work at the cement company which forced him to early retirement undertake medical treatment permanently. In his Request he acknowledges that at the time of his retirement, he received compensation from the company but it has proven to be insufficient to cover medical costs. He further alleges that at the time he was pressured to accept the amount offered.
